Raah Atelier accepts Bank Transfer only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Orders will only be processed once the payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order. Raah Atelier will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Once your payment has been confirmed and your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.
Delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed and remains in its original condition.
The original packaging and tags are intact.
The item has not been damaged, altered, stained, or marked in any way.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Raah Atelier does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear proof, such as photographs or videos, showing the issue.
