Raah Atelier accepts Bank Transfer only.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Raah Atelier accepts exchanges within 14 days of receiving an order, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The item remains in its original condition.
Original packaging and tags are intact.
The item has not been damaged, altered, stained, or marked.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Raah Atelier does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
If an item is received damaged or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic or video proof.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight differences in product appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
